Download, print, and fill in these forms before coming to the school district to make your trip that much easier and quicker! There are a few forms that only need to be completed if your son/daughter is attending that building. Here is a quick guide to the forms you might need:

If you currently live within the Coldwater Community School District: 

• Enrollment Packet (Elementary or Secondary)

• Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (if enrolling in Kindergarten)

If you currently live within the Bronson or Quincy school districts:

• Enrollment Packet (Elementary or Secondary)

• Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (if enrolling in Kindergarten)

• Section 105 Form

Enrollment for these students is permitted only during the School Of Choice open enrollment period, which will be announced in the newspaper and on our website once the dates are finalized.

If you currently live outside the Coldwater, Bronson, or Quincy school districts and are in St. Joseph, Hillsdale, or Calhoun County:

• Enrollment Packet (Elementary or Secondary)

• Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (if enrolling in Kindergarten)

• Section 105c Form

Enrollment for these students is permitted only during the School Of Choice open enrollment period, which will be announced in the newspaper and on our website once the dates are finalized.

These documents will help assist in the process of transferring your child's records:

• Transcript from student's former school

• Students with an IEP or who need Special Education services: Please bring current documentation

Parents are automatically enrolled in Skyward during the student enrollment process.
