Franklin Child Care Center is open to all children ages infant through four years of age. Our center is licensed by the state of Michigan and we follow all policies and rules required by the licensing regulations. These procedures are in place for the safety and health of your child and our childcare staff workers.

The staff of Franklin Child Care Center is made up of one chilcare coordinator, four caregivers, and one volunteer as well as several student aides from the Early Education program at the Branch Area Career Center. We are committed to providing a caring, clean, safe environment fo rhte children. We offer a program that will include activities enabling each child to reach his or her greatest potential. Your child will be encouraged to be curious, creative and to explore their environment. We provide opportunities for your child to enhance their coginitive, gross motor, fine motor, socialization, literacy, and language development. In order to maintain good health, children go outside daily (weather permitting). We welcome suggestions from you to foster a teamwork approach to best support your child's individual development. We strive to make this a rewarding part of your child's life.

Print and fill out the paperwork at home, and you'll be ready to bring it in!!

Download a copy of our childcare handbook; which includes information about our center, as well as its policies and procedures. The Department of Human Resources will cover the cost of child care for your child... if you fill out and turn in the paperwork in a timely manner. Be sure to get this done asap! Finally, the health appraisal needs to be filled out by you and your child's doctor. All this paperwork is necessary in order for you child to attend our center.
